The main aim of Gender studies is exploring the relationship between gender and differents areas of human’s life, such as law, literature, language, geography, history, political science, sociology, anthropology, cinema, media studies,human development, and medicine.

OVERVIEW. The Gender Studies Programme began offering Minors in Gender Studies since the 1994/95 academic session within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
